We have had many generous donations given to us to auction at our previous Bereaved Mother's Day lunches. You do not have to be present, however it is your responsibility to collect anything other than a voucher. Full T&C's at the bottom of this page.

1. Participants must be at least 18 years old to bid in the auction.
2. Increments will be at the discretion of the Auctioneer.
3. The highest bid at the close of the auction will be deemed the winning bid.
4. All bids must be paid for on the day. If banking restrictions apply then a 50% deposit must be paid and the balance the next working day.
5. Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe item can then be offered to the next highest bidder.
6. Winners are responsible for arranging the collection or delivery of items where necessary.
7. RJF is not responsible for the condition of the item or in the collection or delivery process.
8. Receipts cannot be made for a donation when goods or services have been supplied.
9. Any disputes arising from the auction will be resolved at the discretion of RJF.
10. By participating in the auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
